mtg-asia.com and shop.mtg-asia.com are both owned by Mtg-asia.com Pte. Ltd., a Company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore. Hereafter, “we” and “us” refers to Mtg-asia.com Pte Ltd.


When purchasing from our websites, please be aware that orders submitted via our webstores are merely an “invitation to treat”. In legal terms, it implies that there is no contract between you, as the buyer and us until the point that we indicate that your order is ready for it to be shipped or picked up. At this point, it is implied that we agree to the purchase being binding. While we endeavour to fulfil all orders placed, there will be instances where we will not be able to fulfil part or the entire order. This is usually due to:


  1. An error in inventory count.
  2. An error in pricing.
  3. Significant increase in market price overnight.

For point (3), while we wish to minimise the inconvenience that arise out of such an event, it is often necessary for us to protect our interest during such an occurance.

Payment
  1. What are the payment methods that are accepted?

For local customers, we accept all major credit cards as well as Paynow. For orders below S$10.00, we strongly encourage you to make a Paynow payment rather than using your credit card. We may reverse a sale if we feel that the fees incurred is too he in comparison to the actual order sum.


  1. Are there other payment methods for orders to be picked up in store?

We accept NETS, GrabPay, Paynow and cash over the counter for in-store collection.



Shipping
  1. What are the shipping options for local customers?

For local orders, there are 2 shipping options provided. The first is via regular tracked mail which costs S$2.50. The other option is Speedpost, which costs S$7.00.


  1. What are the shipping options for international customers?

For international customers, you can choose from registered airmail or DHL Express. The rates will vary depending on region and will be automatically computed at checkout. 


  1. Is there a minimum order sum for orders when opting for it to be shipped?

For both local and international orders, we require an order minimum of S$15.00 before the system will accept the order.


  1. What is the typical processing time?

For local orders that have opted for store pick-up, orders typically will be processed within store hours. However, you will have to expect to wait if orders are submitted on the spot in-store or shortly before your arrival in store as order fulfillment is a manual process and there could also be a queue in store at that moment in time. We recommend that you call our store at 63366844 before heading down for collection. 


For international orders, we strive to ship during the business day for Mon-Fri. Orders received during the weekend (Singapore time) will be processed on the next working weekday.
